Designing a Web3 super app that brings the simplicity of traditional banking to crypto — letting users store, swap, stake, and discover NFTs without needing to understand the blockchain underneath.
My team and I had to design a simple and convenient Web3 super app where users could access all wallet features while also having easy entry points to everyday crypto actions — without needing to understand the blockchain underneath.
The main idea was commonness for everyone. The usability of the product had to feel close to applications users already knew — traditional banks, mobile payments, games. By guiding people into the world of Web3 through familiar patterns, we made it easier to explain that blockchain isn't as intimidating as it looks.
We regularly monitored user feedback across GitHub, Discord, Telegram, and Twitter. I communicated closely with the development team to understand technical constraints and surface solutions that covered security concerns without sacrificing usability.
After six months of research, design, and development, the team shipped iOS and Android apps alongside a fully redesigned Web wallet. The release included an updated visual system, improved security model, light and dark themes, and full mobile parity with the web version.
